I CANT START THE GAME

The app wont accept my registration so I lost my account even after starting a new one from the server crash. Please help. I know my character name and user ID but it wont let me log into that account. Game would get 5 stars if customer support would help.

I have never encountered a duplicate in this game for I have 2 killer b a lvl 1 and a lvl 50 I dont know if its possible but its not letting me use killer b but in other word this is a great game.

Game is loaning to slow

When im click on the BOND , that Nothing there , Just the whole color white , and that means i cant the ninja im put on the BOND cant going to assign . That means the characters i put in the BOND will forever in BOND ? Cant using that characters again ? Please fix

this was the best game i played in the ipad , but due to the server crush , i just couldnt relize it and ignored the game , i was vip3 and had a very strong team , but i just hated everything after it crashed . compensation wasnot enough to get what i had .

Ive sent them numerous emails for the past week and they have yet to respond to any of them.

I love this game its so much fun to play except today I tried playing and nothing would happen the main screen wouldnt load or appear and idk what that means also I had 2 of the Christmas toads and all of paths but the update deleted it all and now I cant even log in it says network error anytime I try logging in

Its a great game but one day I couldnt load the game so I deleted it and lost everything I had which was everything we got in the compensation packs when the server crashed. So when I redownloaded the game to try and login it still wouldnt load can I get some help with my problem

I was in the middle of playing this game and it suddenly shut down. And I tried to reopen it but it said broken network connection, which is exactly what happened to me last time, before the compensation thing. So, is it happening again? Data loss?

Snailart uh the games encountering Server issues again and this time I very upset cuz my characters all of them where decked in terms of equipment and My Ino and Sakura Where both 3 stars fix the server issues again.

You guys should do an event of either shadow clones duplicating the ninja or having an ability to have 6 people Im dying to use shisui but I cant cause hes weak and if I can just add em to my team that would be awesome!!

So I got a screen that says network failure and it wont got away, and I have tried everything to fix it. Really upset because it was fun, and would still play even if it meant having to restart but cant even do that. If you get the game be careful as it may bug and not let you play at all.

This game could be so much better if it wasnt crashing so much, I love the idea and everything but Im trying to get my 5 star Shisui and it wouldnt let me even do any missions. Im upset cause thats my favorite character

When will the other tailed beasts be unlocked, I want to capture all the tailed beasts but it says they arent available -.-

There are major issues with the servers. I lost my account twice. But... It is one of the best naruto games I have played on the App Store. Im still upset about my lost accounts, but still continue to play. Just needs help with servers and other little things.
