The game is ok but

This game is complicated af to play, it takes a while to know how many features it has, then they just updated it last night and made it MORE complicated. Today I did the login even thing and was supposed to get a bloodstain for one of my characters and it disappeared!! The bloodstain is no where to be found!!! And also why does EVERYTHING have to be unlocked at high levels??? 35,45,50 and so on???
